We have a strong commitment to get back to every single person that applies on our web site or calls our office. But we are not infallible and we get extremely busy. As a result, qualified applicants may accidentally be overlooked. In order to increase your chances of being noticed for a particular position, we ask you to observe the following:

Application Process Tips

  • It is better to apply to a specific position than to do a general application. If you do a general application, make sure that you call our office and speak to someone about your career interests.

  • If you believe STRONGLY that you are a perfect match for a particular position, don’t wait for someone to call you. Get proactive and call us! We will be impressed that you are taking the initiative.

  • We try to take every call during business hours, but if you get our voice mail, speak clearly and repeat your number twice. Call us again if you haven’t heard back from us within 48 hours.

  • Do not apply more than once on our website. Once you apply to one job, you will be considered for all positions for which your experience qualifies you. If you see a new job that interests you, call our office to express your interest.

  • If your qualifications are a match and the recruiter you speak to determines that you are a good fit for a current and ACTIVE search, you will be invited to interview with us in person.

  • If you are not invited to interview with us in person, don’t worry. We sincerely want to help you so make sure that someone gets notes about you into our system.

  • Help us with this by taking advantage of the notes section when applying. Let us know why you are applying for a particular job and tell us a little bit about your strengths for that position. Or, if it is a general application, tell us what kinds of positions interest you and your strengths in general. Always give us a general idea of the salary range you are targeting.

  • Don’t worry too much about your resume, we don’t focus on resumes, we focus on people. However, make sure as much pertinent information is on there as possible. We don’t recommend 1 page resumes (unless you just got out of college), and we prefer chronological resumes to functional resumes.
