Happy 12th Anniversary, Aldebaran Associates International

Tears welled up in my eyes as I recently witnessed the one of the most beautiful sunrises of my life. Varying pallets of purple, pink, orange and yellow gradually flooded the early morning skies bringing with them sweet insights that filled my spirit. I suspected in those moments one of the reasons why it must be that humanity has thrived for so long. With the many challenges and often painful moments we experience as human beings, none seem too mighty to thwart as from the desire to survive and thrive in this world. I strongly believe this is so partly because, as a community of highly intelligent creatures, we are first driven by the beauty and majesty of the planet on which we breathe and live. Generation after generation, we keep coming back for more.

Since the dawn of the ages the perfection and beauty of Mother Nature has moved and inspired us to do better, to appreciate and to love our planet. We may not be perfect in our thoughts and in our actions but I am deeply grateful to be one human being among millions that is evolving and growing ever more conscious of the importance of protecting our Earth.

As we at Aldebaran Associates celebrate our 12th Year Anniversary, I am humbled in the knowing that many key individuals have partnered with me to protect the endurance of our business. You know who you are and I thank you from the bottom of my heart. The odds were never in our favor. Although we survived 2 major recessions along with the usual pitfalls that all businesses are prone to experience, we have also gone through many other challenging times when I thought to throw in the towel.

I’m not naïve in thinking that challenging times will ever completely go away. But as a team our mission to Create a World Where People Love What they Do For a Living pulls at us and anchors us into the ground. Even when we are tired and weary, frustrated, or simply lazy we keep coming back for more. More purpose, more opportunity to contribute, more passion for doing those things that make a difference in the lives of the many folks we have helped in their professional endeavors…and those for whom that difference has yet to be made.

Thank you Aldebaran Associates for existing, for thriving, and for making it possible for my team and me to experience one sunrise after another in our dream to make this a better world for all human beings as we each journey on our professional paths. Happy Anniversary and may we have many, many more!
