Description
Responsibilities of this position include:
- Cold calling on and servicing local business prospects for the purpose of selling commercial loan services
- Develop long term relationships with local businesses and create a strong customer base
- Sell, negotiate and close commercial loans
- Clients will consist of mostly owner occupied small to medium size companies; loans would be real estate secured in most cases
- Assist in other projects and functions as needed
Qualifications
- 3-8 years minimum experience in commercial lending
- Must understand credit and be able to structure commercial loans
- Proven record of salesmanship and ability to develop client base
- 4 year College degree
- Must have impeccable presentation skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Willingness and enthusiasm for working in a small, "family attitude" bank where everyone pitches in and does what is needed to get the job done
- Your ability to build relationships and close loans are the key components to this position; no prima donnas need apply

Salary range is $65-75K base depending on your experience plus a commission incentive plan and full benefits. Buckhead/Atlanta location.
