Bilingual Staff Accountant |
Fluent in English and Spanish
We are in search of a bilingual staff accountant for a major international firm in Atlanta.
Responsibilities:
- Accountable for integrity of billing system and revenue data
- Support and maintenance of G/L, its related accounting systems (billing) and internal controls
- Perform, analyze and record the monthly billing and revenue G/L entries
- Analyze G/L and prepare monthly account reconciliations
- Prepare various monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports and assist in external reporting
Qualifications
- MUST have Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (with relevant accounting experience)
- 2-3+ years of experience in Billing and Revenue Analysis (this is very important)
- Must have excellent Excel skills
- High energy and outgoing personality, will be dealing with multiple internal clients
- Bilingual (Spanish and English) with excellent communication skills in both languages
