• Experience in any banking environment in the following areas: sales, customer service, teller positions, branch management, community relations, account management
• Bilingual skills in Spanish and English, must have excellent communication skills, written and verbal, in both languages
• Must have a great attitude and be committed to community service and education
• Must possess leadership skills and be willing to roll up the sleeves and do whatever it takes to get the job done
