Our client seeks a full time accounting specialist with experience in construction. You will be part of a 4 person team reporting to the Controller of this construciton and real estate development firm.

Responsibilities include:

• Bank reconciliations
• Month end close
• Financial reporting
• Journal entries
• Management of General Ledger

Qualifications

• Accounting degree
• 3-4 years experience in real estate development
• Ability to manage multiple projects
• Knowledge of joint ventures desireable
• Excellent accounting software skills
• Timberline experience preferred
• Capable of passing background check and drug testing
