Fluent in English and Spanish
We are seeking a high polish person with impeccable customer service and communication skills to act as an Ambassador for a multi-million dollar organization that specializes in merchandising.
Responsibilities:
- Main responsibilities: Greet and direct clients, register guests, resolve customer service issues, handle calls, light administrative duties, be the "face" of the organization
- Input buyer data into the registration computer system
- Answer customers' questions
- Provide customers with accurate information regarding facilities, events and admissions policies via telephone and face-to-face communications
- Answer incoming calls
- Assist with computer data entry as needed
Qualifications
- Bilingual professional with exceptional communication skills in both English & Spanish
- Must be extremely polished and possess excellent customer service experience
- Skilled in Microsoft Office (particularly Excel and Word), E-mail and Internet
- Typing skills of 45 wpm
- Must be a team player with effective verbal communications, interpersonal and customer service skills
- Accuracy and attention to detail are required as well as the ability to project a courteous, professional image in person and on the telephone
Salary is between $25K - $28K based on experience and ability. Position located in downtown Atlanta. Interviews with Aldebaran will take place the week of March 31st and April 7th.
