Benefits Administrator |
Responsibilities:
- Administers and coordinates all company benefits including maintaining vendor relationships
- Responds to employee questions and concerns in regards to pension, retirement, and group insurance such as life, hospitalization, dental, worker's compensation
- Ensures compliance with all federal and state legislation regarding benefits (e.g., COBRA, HIPPA, ERISA, FMLA, etc.).
- Manages human resource benefits data in JD Edwards HR system
Qualifications
- 3-5 years related experience in human resources benefits administration required
- BS/BA degree in human resources or related discipline required (CEBS preferred but not required)
- Strong analytical and communication skills
- Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists.
- Must have excellent customer service and critical thinking skills
This position requires a high degree of professionalism and critical thinking skills. You must be able to think fast on your feet and be business savvy. Salary is between $40,000 - $50,000 based on experience and is located in the heart of downtown Atlanta. Interviews are scheduled for March 17th and March 24th.
