Account Manager/Client Services Director |
Responsibilities include:
- Managing day-to-day client relationships with key accounts (particularly Fortune 500 companies)
- Right hand person to CEO
- Serving as client champion in working with the internal creative, technical and production teams
- Helping to present and position solutions to clients.
- Helping to identify and develop new business opportunities as needed, preparing pitches, proposals and client briefs
- Will oversee three account managers
Qualifications
- 15+ years experience in account management with ad agency background highly preferred
- Interactive media experience
- Must have ability to manage relationships with senior decision makers in Fortune 500 companies
- Consumer products experience in a B2B or B2C environment a huge plus
- An understanding of branding and promotions, online and offline
- Must have ability to spot opportunities within existing accounts and develop additional business
- Bilingual a plus but not required
