Account Manager/Client Services Director

Description

Responsibilities include:

  • Managing day-to-day client relationships with key accounts (particularly Fortune 500 companies)
  • Right hand person to CEO
  • Serving as client champion in working with the internal creative, technical and production teams
  • Helping to present and position solutions to clients.
  • Helping to identify and develop new business opportunities as needed, preparing pitches, proposals and client briefs
  • Will oversee three account managers

Qualifications

  • 15+ years experience in account management with ad agency background highly preferred
  • Interactive media experience
  • Must have ability to manage relationships with senior decision makers in Fortune 500 companies
  • Consumer products experience in a B2B or B2C environment a huge plus
  • An understanding of branding and promotions, online and offline
  • Must have ability to spot opportunities within existing accounts and develop additional business
  • Bilingual a plus but not required
