Bilingual Customer Service Supervisor |
Fluent in English and Spanish
You will be responsible for the supervision of 14-17 telemarketing professionals in a call center environment. Our client is the banking and credit card division of a Fortune 500 company in the electronics industry. You will enjoy flexible hours and excellent benefits. Some weekends will be required. Location is Kennesaw. Salary is low to high 30's depending on your experience plus annual bonus.
Qualifications
- Proven track record in supervision of customer service
- Excellent leadership skills
- College degree preferred
- High level of energy and sense of urgency
- Creative and a problem solver
- Prior retail, restaurant supervisory experience transferable, call center experience a plus
- Bilingual in Spanish and English
