Our client is a small community bank that is growing and is in need of top level managers for multiple branches expected to open in 2003. Excellent advancement potential for the right person. Salary is $35-40K base plus an incentive package and potential stock options.

Qualifications

• Must be fully bilingual
• Must have experience or background in one of the following, in order of preference: banking, financial services, retail (exposure to public)
• Excellent sales ability and customer service skills
• Innate sense of urgency
• Willingness to work flexible hours
• Willingness to commute to multiple locations within the metropolitan area
