PROCESS & IMPLEMENTATION

Aldebaran’s recruitment process is designed to ensure:

  • An easy to execute Engagement Agreement
  • High-level due diligence with each candidate
  • Matching qualifications include personality and corporate cultural values to ensure a long term fit
  • Handling all logistics including arranging travel, setting up phone or in-person interviews or video conferencing, etc.
  • Thorough references are conducted at the time of offer negotiations; reference calls are scheduled by appointment and usually last 30-45 minutes; all references presented are supervisory, recent, and have been conducted personally by an Aldebaran associate by telephone
  • The selected candidate is pre-closed on all points, including compensation, before an offer is extended; counter-offer damage control takes place throughout the entire process
  • Typically, Aldebaran Associates will pre-close an offer by acquiring a verbal “yes” once the offer is negotiated before the client puts it in writing – we have never had a written offer rescinded or rejected
  • Aldebaran Associates continues a client care strategy to ensure the success of the placement by making periodic calls to both the client and the candidate and, thereby, acting as a liaison for both parties
  • Executive/professional coaching for placed candidates is provided and fees are negotiable upon request
